Hi everyone!! My name is Rachael Lee, and I am the person behind the camera (and in this picture—the donut)!
After exploring drawing and painting when I was younger, I picked up my first DSLR camera when I was going into my sophomore year of high school. I know it sounds cheesy, but I instantly knew that there was something special and even magical about photography. Being able to preserve life’s important moments and translate them into an everlasting photo is why I do what I do! I want to learn about what your hopes and dreams are, what makes you laugh, what songs get you to dance, and tell your story through the pictures I take.
At every session, my goal is to make you feel comfortable and confident as we create a memorable, unique, and quality photo experience. Whether it’s your last moments as a senior, pictures with your best friends, or precious photos with your family, I hope you’ll entrust me with capturing the moments that you want to last forever :)

I graduated from Lake Zurich High School and am currently attending Vanderbilt University for Secondary Education and Biological Sciences.

If you saw me in the snack aisle, I would probably be picking up Sour Cream and Onion Pringles, dark chocolate, jalapeño chips, or frosted sugar cookies :)

I LOVE watching TV shows and could talk about my favorites for HOURS…it’s an obsession. While my list of shows is longer than I can include here, these are some of my favorites—One Tree Hill, Teen Wolf, Friends, The Vampire Diaries, The O.C., and Arrow.

My most recent obsession has been pickleball! It keeps me active and is so fun to play!!

I will forever stand by my go-to sauces—Chick-fil-A’s “Garden Herb Ranch” and Taco Bell’s “Hot” sauce. But if you have any other suggestions, I’m all ears!

Getting song recommendations from people is my favorite thing ever! I typically listen to pop, indie, or alternative music, but I am open to anything!!
